Mario Spoleti’s experience as president of his own residential homeowners association board showed him how frustrating operations management can be for board members. He realized that property management companies were not offering the personal attention and care to detail that his board wanted. He decided to make a difference by running a company that not only ran property management operations with stellar professionalism but also demonstrated the rare attributes of loyalty and caring concern to its clients.

In 2003 Mr. Spoleti purchased Sterling Property Management, initially founded in 1989, and added “Services” to its name. He enhanced and expanded Sterling’s offerings to what they are today—a full-service property management service for homeowner associations, residential and commercial condominium associations, commercial buildings and office parks.

Prior to taking over Sterling, Mr. Spoleti worked for over 25 years in the New York City financial industry as a troubleshooter for large commercial and investment banks and brokerage firms. His keen understanding of accounting, budgeting and financials are a strong asset to his homeowners association and commercial business development clients. Mr. Spoleti is known for foreseeing problems before they become issues. He also is a real estate agent and former property maintenance manager.

Coupled with his experience as an HOA president and board member, Mr. Spoleti is dedicated to ensuring that Sterling manages your property with attentiveness, responsiveness and A+ results.
